1. ⁠Please complete your registration online @www.sttemple.com , on or before 21st Sep 2025.
2. Once the payment is received, the confirmation email will be sent to you.
3. Those who are holding the acknowledgment email only shall be able to take part in this event.
4. Only your presence and participation in the event makes you eligible for the T-shirt, goodie bags and the Lucky Draw given by the organizing committee.
5. Participant shall complete the marshaled route of about 4Km run/walk.
6. The organizer shall not be liable for any accident, injuries, or mishap that happened during participation in this event.
7. Participants’ T-Shirt Sizes will be issued on a first come first served basis any request for change in size will not be entertained.
8. Collection of T Shirt by participants will be in person.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or substitute any of the above Rules and Regulations from time to time as they deem fit.
10. ⁠The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event at any point in time.
11. ⁠Age limit for participant should be 6 years and above
12. ⁠By registering your name in this Walk A Jog participation application form, you agree that Chettiars’ Temple Society may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this application form, or (if applicable) obtained by our organization as a result of your Registration, event organisers to contact for updates and when necessary, during or after the Walk a Jog event in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
